Research area and achievements: 

Mainly engaged in the research of radiation effects of optoelectronic materials and imaging devices. Successively undertook more than 20 projects, such as the “western light” project, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Basic Cultivation Fund, the Natural Science Foundation of the Autonomous Region, 863 projects, et al. Published more than 60 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and conferences. Applied for 8 Chinese invention patents. Successively got a first prize for Xinjiang scientific and technological progress.
