On August 22, Prof. WANG Chuanyi, head of the Laboratory of Eco-Materials and Sustainable Technology (LEMST), XTIPC, CAS, got an appointment as an editor of Journal of Analytical Sciences, Methods and Instrumentation (JASMI).

JASMI is an international journal published by Scientific Research Publishing, focusing on all aspects of theory and practice of analytical sciences, measurement science, analytical methodology, experimental methods, experimental protocols, technical characterizations and instrumentation (sampling, analysis, electrochemistry, microscopy, spectroscopy, mechanical analysis, thermal analysis, separations, spectroscopy, chemical reactions and selectivity, imaging, surface analysis, and data processing among others). The mission of the journal is to provide up-to-date reliable information on analysis science.

WANG Chuanyi, Ph.D,a Humboldt research fellowship laureate, the “One Hundred Talents Program”of the CAS scholar. His main research areas focus on micro/nano eco-materials and sustainable technology, nano-photocatalytic functional materials and surface/interface physicochemical processes. Prof. WANG has published 48 papers, which were cited by others more than 800 times. Besides, he was invited by Current Inorganic Chemistry as a guest editor and a reviewer of 16 international journals such as J. Am. Chem. Soc.
