9, 10-dihydroxy-Octadecanoic acid commodities have been synthesized successfully by Xinjiang Fine Chemical Engineering Technical Research Centre affiliated to XJIPC, which are carried out through green oxidation technology and based on cerolein resources domestically and main product weighs more than 98 percent. The basic technology and economic index were obtained by intermediate experiment which proved that it possesses satisfactory technology stability and economic feasibility and meanwhile the by-products and waste have been transferred effectively during production and leave no environment concern in this engineering technology.
