There are two postdoctoral stations are authorized in XJIPC. They are Chemistry and Electronics of science and technology. It is important to institutes to establish postdoctoral stations, as they will have post-doctors who can make a lot of contributions to the research.

　　The construction of the stations is included in the 11^th five-year plan. It is the main task of XJIPC in 2009. We have perfected the postdoctoral management system, set up the “postdoctoral research fund”, and established the housing service system, all of which can provide good living and working conditions for the post-doctors.

　　XJIPC lies in the frontier town of our country. Since entering into the innovative project of CAS in 2002, it has strengthened the based research establishment and developed the international cooperation and exchanges.

　　The construction of key laboratories and scientific research platforms has made remarkable progresses. There are so many achievements of researches in XJIPC. The innovative ability has been enhanced a lot. The structure of talented persons is optimized. We have cultivated nearly 1000 Masters and Doctors. Besides the two postdoctoral stations authorized in September, 2009, we have four master cultivated stations as micro electronics and solid-state electronics, computer application and technology, organic chemistry and material physics and chemistry, and four doctors cultivated station as micro electronics and solid-state electronics, computer application and technology, organic chemistry and material physics and chemistry, and one postdoctoral station of fine chemical engineering technical research center. We have a rational structure of people cultivating.
