Hong Kong & Macao SAR Delegation Visits XJIPC

A 10-member Hong Kong & Macao SAR Science and Technology Delegation paid a visit to Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry, CAS (XJIPC) from July 30 to August 2 to seek cooperation in R&D of Uighur medicines.
During the visit, the delegation showed interest in XJIPC’s research progress in treating diabetes, cardio-cerebrovascular disease and vitiligo with Uighur medicines, hoping to make cooperative R&D on classical Uighur medicines.
The two sides also made an agreement on collaborative research, exchange of visiting scholars, training & exchange of talented young researchers, and joint training of doctorate candidates to promote the development of Xinjiang through science and technology.
