On May 17, Professor Tursunbaev Zhanbolot, the President of Osh Technological University in Kyrgyzstan, led a delegation to visit the Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "XTIPC"). They engaged in a productive scientific and technological cooperation exchange with researchers from the Multilingual Information Technology Research Laboratory on jointly promoting the development of multilingual intelligence.

During the exchange meeting, Professor Zhou Xi, the Deputy Director of XTIPC, extended a warm welcome on behalf of the institute to Professor Tursunbaev Zhanbolot and his delegation. He provided the guests with a comprehensive introduction to XTIPC's development history, scientific research capabilities, key research fields, as well as the remarkable achievements it has made in international cooperation projects and talent cultivation.

Subsequently, the two sides held in-depth and enthusiastic discussions on core topics such as academic exchanges and cooperation, the transformation of scientific research achievements, talent cultivation mechanisms, and innovative cooperation models. Meanwhile, both sides shared their research progress and advantageous resources in the field of multilingual intelligence and actively sought areas of cooperation. At the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between the two parties. The signing of this agreement laid a solid foundation for their long-term, stable, and in-depth scientific and technological cooperation in the future.

Professor Tursunbaev Zhanbolot expressed high expectations for this cooperation and stated that he was full of confidence in the prospects of future collaboration between the two sides. He emphasized that Osh Technological University attaches great importance to its cooperation with XTIPC and hopes that both sides will take this cooperation as an opportunity to expand cooperation space in more scientific and technological fields, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

The successful holding of this exchange meeting marks that the scientific and technological cooperation between XTIPC and Osh Technological University has entered a brand-new stage of development. In the future, based on the cooperation agreement, both sides will give full play to their respective advantages, integrate high-quality resources, and work together to address global challenges in the field of multilingual intelligence. By strengthening scientific research cooperation, talent cultivation, and academic exchanges, both sides will jointly contribute their wisdom and strength to promoting scientific and technological innovation cooperation under the "Belt and Road" Initiative, writing a new chapter in cooperation in the field of multilingual intelligence.
