Research Interests
Organic inorganic hybrid perovskite based solar cells:
Design & synthesis of high stable hybrid perovskite materials by ion substitution (Chalcogenide) or polymerization.
Optimizing the cell’s structure for low-cost and high stability & PCEs solar devices.
Technology route: flexible and large size solar cell modules
