Research Areas:
Research and application of functional ceramic materials and devices, including the preparation and characterization of oxide electronic ceramic materials, the design of high temperature thermistor ceramics, and the study of high and low temperature electrical transport property.
He has published more than 50 SCI-indexed papers, 34 of them are first author and corresponding author in top journals including Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Eur. Ceram. Soc., J. Am. Ceram. Soc., etc.; As the first inventor, he has obtained five national invention patents.
