Main research areas and achievements:
Zhao fan, Ph.D., researcher, master’s supervisor, standing member of Technical Committee on Visualization and Visual Analytics of China Society of Image and Graphics. He is mainly engaged in the research and development of computer science and technology, and his current scientific research mainly focuses on big data analysis and visualization. He is responsible for the architecture design and core implementation of relevant software research and development, and studies the application of data analysis technology, especially data visual analysis method, in areas such as Internet of things and public security.
Since taking the current position, as a core researcher, he has participated in more than 30 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the autonomous region, including the National Key Research and Development Program, the Strategic Pioneer Science and Technology Special Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National 863 Project, the Western Action Plan Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the STS Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Western Light Project, the 13th Five-Year Plan of the autonomous region, etc., with a total amount of more than 60 million RMB. He has won the first prize of the autonomous region's scientific and technological progress twice, the second prize once, and the second prize of the science and technology contribution award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has published more than 10 academic papers, obtained more than 50 software copyrights and two patents, and participated in the formulation of more than 10 local standards.
