Zhou Xi, professor, Ph.D. supervisor, currently serves as the member of the Party Committee as well as the vice director of XTIPC. He is the member of Youth Federation (CAS) and Youth Innovation Promotion Association (CAS). Zhou is granted with Special Government Allowance of the State Council.

Research Areas and Achievements： 

Zhou has received fundings from National Key R&D Program of China, Xinjiang Science and Technology Major Projects during the 12th and 13th Five-Year plan, Xinjiang Programs for High Technology R&D, and the Western Light Joint Scholar program of CAS, et. al. He has published over 50 research papers and obtained 40 software copyrights. 

Selected Honor： 

Zhou has received awards includes: a second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Outstanding Achievement Award of CAS, 5 first prizes and 1 second prize of the Xinjiang Science and Technology Progress Award, the Science and Technology Development Promotion Award of CAS, the Young Scholars Award of Xinjiang, and the title of Excellent Communist Party member of CAS. 

Moreover, he has received honors as the Distinguished Young Scholars of Xinjiang, Tianshan Talent Project of Xinjiang (1st level), and Tianshan Cedar Plan.
