Together with the team, we completed the preparation process of effective parts of Fritillaria polysaccharide, glycyrrhiza polysaccharide, Asiatic white polysaccharide and Siberian Nitraria polysaccharide; The structure of polysaccharide was identified by combining classical chemical methods and modern instrumental analysis; In the preliminary research of activity screening, macromolecular material basis and activity, it has provided a variety of mature macromolecular extraction and purification technologies for the purification and analysis of biological macromolecular polypeptides, proteins, polysaccharides and other effective components of Chinese herbal medicines, structural identification and biological activity research. In particular, the traditional water-soluble alcohol precipitation extraction method is used to optimize the extraction process of a variety of herbal medicines and medicinal plants to obtain the best extraction process, Relevant research has been submitted to relevant journals. According to the needs of enterprises, the extraction and analysis of water-soluble parts of Huaishan medicine and the preliminary analysis of polysaccharides and glycoproteins were carried out.
